Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. NO BANK / UPI REFUNDS FOR WALLET DEPOSITS Once money is added or deposited into your platform wallet via automated gateways or manual verification, it is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE to your bank account, UPI ID, or card under any circumstances. Deposited funds can only be utilized for purchasing platform services.

2. Automatic Wallet Refund for Failed Orders:
If you purchase a virtual number and no SMS/OTP arrives within the allotted time window, you can cancel the order directly from your dashboard or it will auto-expire. In such cases, the exact service fee is 100% refunded instantly to your Website Wallet.

3. User Operational Errors:
Mistakes made by users—such as selecting an incorrect service, choosing the wrong country server, or failing to receive an SMS due to the target app's security block—are non-refundable if the virtual number was successfully delivered and activated.

4. Policy Violations:
Accounts terminated due to fraudulent actions, multi-accounting abuse, or violation of our terms will forfeit any remaining wallet balance permanently.
